Pricing questions, answered

Do you charge per worker or per user?

No. Both plans include unlimited workers, unlimited office users, and unlimited clients. You pay for locations (buildings/kiosk tablets): up to 20 on Standard, unlimited on Unlimited. Hiring more cleaners or guards never raises your bill.

What counts as a location?

A building you service — typically one wall kiosk per building. A client with five buildings uses five locations. Workers, clients, invoices, and everything else are never counted.

Is payroll really included, or is it an add-on?

Included on every plan. StockPoint runs payroll from verified punches: W-2 federal and New York State/City/Yonkers withholding computed from each worker's W-4, printable pay stubs, 941 and NYS-45 filing summaries, and net-pay checks pushed into QuickBooks Online split per client. 1099 contractors are tracked alongside W-2 staff. One boundary to know: StockPoint is not a payroll bureau — we do not debit your account, remit taxes, or file returns. You or your accountant use our stubs, checks, and summaries to remit and file, most easily from QuickBooks Online.

What happens if I don't upgrade when the trial ends?

Your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, nothing is charged (we never took a card), and your data waits for you — export it anytime, or upgrade later and pick up exactly where you left off.

Can I bring my existing data from spreadsheets or another system?

Yes. CSV importers cover workers, buildings, clients, invoice history, and historical time entries — with overlap detection and an approval queue — so your P&L and payroll history come with you.

How does the free trial work?

14 days, full product, no credit card required. Set up a building, punch in from the kiosk, run a payroll preview, and send a test invoice. Upgrade in-app when you're ready; nothing is lost.

What does annual billing save?

Two months. Standard is $1,490/year (vs. $1,788 paid monthly) and Unlimited is $1,990/year (vs. $2,388).
